I'm Aline and for me training is more than just lifting weights and sweating on the treadmill. I bring a variety of techniques from fitness science - from functional exercises to special flexibility and bounce exercises.

Specialty

Aline specializes in health training by focusing on pain-free body movement and well-being. A strong core and athletic body movements are also among her strengths.

Cheerleading & surfing

Hobbies & Favorite exercises

In my free time I live out my enthusiasm for cheerleading - championships are my second home. When I surf I find peace, glide with the waves and recharge my batteries. I develop my strength in the gym: deadlifts, handstands and hip thrusts are my elixirs for body and mind.
